Hot Buffet Menu

Below is an example of a hot Buffet menu.  Hot buffets work well in winter or for sit down meals where
pre-ordering or designing a set menu* is not an option.

Side of fresh Salmon

Beef Bourguignon

 

With new potatoes, saffron rice and roast winter root vegetables.

 

Home-made Pavlova

Fruit Salad

Black Forest Roulade

 

Fresh filtered coffee or tea to finish

* You may wish to design your own set menu for a 2 or 3 course dinner, or lunch, so that your guests can choose from that on the day.  Alternatively, choose the hot buffet and your guests can try some from each dish.
