Below is a sample menu of some of the dishes found on our full menu.  All the dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order in our kitchen.

Beginning

  Spanish Horses - Smoked Mackerel, watercress and avocado cooked together and served with a horseradish dressing

  Just Kidding - Field mushrooms and French goats cheese pan-fried and served with red bean hummus and Melba toast

Middle

  Shoulder of Mutton - Our premier dish.  Slow roast for 5 hours in red wine with onion, Rosemary and red capsicum pepper.  With the juices infused into the gravy.  Delicious!
