Whole Dover Sole accompanied by White Bordelaise sauce

Prime Angus fillet steak cured for 21 days, served with Chasseur sauce

Farm reared Norfolk Black turkey with all the trimmings and home-made gravy

Vegetarian Gruyere soufflé with sweet potato bubble and squeak cake and Arrabbiata tomato sauce

*The above are served with a selection of home-cooked winter vegetable for your table*

Spiced ginger crème brulee with home-made shortbread

Marshmallow and nougat ice creams served with espresso coffee

An individual serving of Christmas pudding with warm Cointreau sauce

Poached pear accompanied by an almond pavlova topped with chocolate mascarpone

Blue Stilton with cranberry Wensleydale cheese served with biscuits and an Elgin of Port

£60.00 per person, £35.00 per child under 12 years, a separate menu is available on request.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to the bill
